Individual and group counselling; focus on persistent mental health issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, addictions, chronic physical health problems and personality disorders. Talk therapy, assessments, EMDR, psycho-education, referrals and liaison with other health care professionals as needed.
