- COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS (Diabetes, Chronic Pain, Chronic Conditions, Cancer: Thriving & Surviving) that are led by peer leaders and run for 2.5 hours for 6 weeks.
- HEALCH COACH PROGRAM that involves volunteer health coaches providing weekly 30 minutes telephone coaching for 3 – 6 months for individuals wanting to improve their confidence and motivation to become healthier.
