Alexandra Neighbourhood House

A member of the Association of Neighborhood Houses of BC, Alex House serves the community by offering activities, events, and programs for people of all ages. Programs for seniors include a monthly community lunch (Sept-June), monthly out-trips (Sept-June), and weekly knitting and walk-ing groups. Alex House also runs a community garden, and a Reading Room (open by appointment), where people can take a book or leave a book. Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am to 4pm.
