Seniors Abuse and Information Line

Seniors Abuse and Information Line (SAIL) is a safe place for older adults, and those who care about them, to talk to someone about situations where they feel they are being abused or mistreated, or to receive information about elder abuse prevention. Funded by the Province of BC. Phone line hours: 8:00am – 8:00pm daily excluding statutory holidays. TTY Hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays
