Bounce Back

Bounce Back is a free, skill-building program for adults experiencing low mood or stress, with or without anxiety. The program offers two forms of help:

  • An instructional Living Life to the Full DVD with practical tips on recognizing and dealing with signs of stress, low mood and worry

  • A workbook-based program with motivational telephone coaching to teach skills for overcoming difficulties such as inactivity, unhelpful thinking, worry and avoidance.

Workbooks are chosen by you, the participant, depending on which areas and situations you would like to focus on. The coaching component can take 4 to 8 weeks.
