The Fraser Arthritis Centre is a regional office of The Arthritis Society BC & Yukon which has an arthritis resource centre, library (books, magazines, DVDs, Videos & CDs), up to date information on events, and educational programs in the Fraser region.more info

This program uses a combination of education and physiotherapist-led exercise training to help empower those with osteoarthritis to reduce pain and improve activity without the the need of added pain killers. It has an excellent success rate in helping individuals with hip and knee osteoarthritis reduce pain and painkiller use, increase levels of physical activity, improve quality of life, and even decrease the need for joint surgery!
