HealthLinkBC provides 24/7 access to non-emergency health information and advice in British Columbia via telephone, a website, a mobile app, and a collection of print resources, including the BC HealthGuide Handbook. Free nutritional counselling is provided by a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist from Monday to Friday. Talk to a registered Nurse, available 24/7. Also available is a Ministry of Health Nicotine Replacement Therapy Program to help those who are wishing to quit smoking. Along with a Quit Now counsellor to support callers who are trying to quit and help support them through Nicotine cravings. Pharmacists are also available from 5:00 am to 9:00pm.

The website, www.HealthLinkBC.ca, provides medically-approved information on more than 5,000 health topics, symptoms, and over-the-counter and prescription drugs and offers tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It also offers an integrated search and mapping function to more than 6,100 health services to help British Columbians find health services close to their home communities. Translation services are available in more than 130 languages upon request.
