iConnect Health Centre

The White Rock iConnect Health Centre provides education and services to help clients prevent and manage chronic conditions. Services include education classes, exercise classes and individual counselling with our team. Our registered nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, and exercise specialists help people living with chronic conditions improve quality of life and increase their ability to manage their conditions with confidence. Healthy Living classes are open to the public free of charge. These classes focus on healthy eating, smart shopping, managing cholesterol, blood pressure, weight, stress, understanding your heart event and medications.

For diabetes education classes or the cardiac rehabilitation exercise program, a referral from your physician is required.
