Specialized Seniors Clinics

The Specialized Seniors Clinics provide out-patient assessment and treatment services for seniors in the South Surrey/White Rock area. Services are for seniors who have had changes in their physical or mental health that have affected their ability to live independently or care for themselves. Any medical professional can make a referral to the program; however, the family doctor's consent is necessary.
Office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm
