The Oak Avenue Neighborhood Hub Society

The Hub is a non-profit organization providing a range of services for youths, families and seniors in the community. Programs for seniors:
• Seniors Computer Class (for all levels): Mondays 1:00 to 2:30pm.
• Seniors Luncheon: Free drop-in lunch every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month, 11:30am to 1:030pm. (Homemade soup and sandwiches are served)
• Chinese Seniors Activity Day: Wednesdays 9:30 – 12:30 (Drop-in activities for Chinese seniors – Table Tennis, Singing, Tai-Chi & Group Exercise Dancing)
• Seniors Cooking Club: Twice a month and focus on health and wellness.
