Czorny Alzheimer Residential Care Facility

Czorny is the first stand-alone residential care facility in Fraser Health designed specifically to meet the needs of people with Alzheimer's disease. It houses 72 residents in six home-like cottages. Fraser Health operates the facility and Fraser Health Case Managers arrange transition to the Czorny Alzheimer Centre. The Czorny Alzheimer Centre is also home to the Alzheimer Society of B.C’s North Surrey Resource Centre.
