Fraser Health - The START Team (Short Term, Assessment, Response, Treatment)

Provides urgent mental health assessment and brief crisis intervention for children and teens ages 6 to 18 who are in acute mental health crisis and live in Fraser Health region (from Burnaby to White Rock to Hope and Boston Bar). The START Team was formerly called the Child and Youth Crisis Program (CYCP). Youth and families can directly access services by calling toll-free 1-844-782-7811 (1-844-START11).
